The role requires strict adherence to federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care facilities to ensure the highest degree of quality care.
Employees must participate in developing and maintaining the facility's quality assurance program and assist in training new personnel on safety and procedures.

Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license
Graduate of approved LPN/LVN program
Current CPR certification
Knowledge of PCC preferred
Maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
