Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • FPGA development and hardware/software co-design
  • RTL/HDL (Verilog, VHDL) or high-level synthesis
  • C/C++ programming for host drivers and runtimes
  • Hardware interfaces PCIe, DMA, VFIO
  • Dataflow and streaming pipeline implementation

Nice-to-have

  • FPGA toolchains and timing closure experience
  • Linux, scripting, and version control familiarity
  • Experience with virtualization and low-level driver development
  • ASIC or custom-silicon dataflow build
  • Compiler backend and MLIR hardware mapping knowledge
  • Multi-FPGA or FPGA–GPU system experience

Key Requirements

  • BS or higher degree or equivalent experience in CS/EE/CE
  • More than 12 years in FPGA development or hardware/software co-design
  • Excellent communication in English
  • Ability to work with distributed teams
