  • This position will primarily be given design assignments in the areas of scenery and lighting.
  • Responsible for producing design renderings, ground plans, plots, templates, drafting, elevations, etc.
  • Works effectively as a team member, embracing and fostering LU’s Christian model and Mission – Training Champions for Christ.

Key Requirements

  • BA/BFA in theater design with 6 years of experience
  • MFA in theater design preferred
  • Professional experience in at least two of four areas: Scenic, Lighting, Costumes, Projections
  • Strong skills in drafting, rendering, and creating design materials
  • Strong analytical, computer, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and skill
