Job Summary
The Quality Lead is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the Otis Switzerland Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 standards.
This role plays a key part in driving quality excellence across the organization while supporting the field organization in executing Product and Process Quality Improvement activities.
Otis provides opportunities, training, and resources that build leadership capabilities and sponsors colleagues to pursue degrees or certification programs through their Employee Scholar Program.
