Location: West or Central Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri and Half Sat), Office Hours Key Responsibilities Support the management team in coordinating and planning daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery Optimize manpower and resource utilization to achieve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness Oversee administrative functions including staff scheduling, patient flow management, inventory control, and facility operations Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (clinical, nursing, allied health, diagnostics, and support services) to ensure seamless patient care Drive and support the implementation of new healthcare initiatives, programmes, and service improvements Participate in planning and executing strategies to enhance work processes, service quality, and operational performance Contribute to cross-functional projects such as manpower planning, staff training and development, digital transformation, workflow optimization, and new facility development Support emergency planning and operational readiness initiatives Promote a culture of service excellence, continuous improvement, and patient-centred care Requirements Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline Min. 2-3 years experience in handling daily clinic operations in a supervisory role Good critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Resilient, adaptable, and able to mult
