Salary
Base: $132,000 - $259,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Equity and employee stock purchase program included; Benefits: Flexible PTO, 20 weeks parental leave, fertility assistance, 401(k), mental health counseling
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Sales Operations or Revenue Operations experience
Customer Success Operations background
Executive partnership with C-level leaders
Advanced analytical skills for data translation
Proficiency in Salesforce and BI tools
Nice-to-have
Experience scaling through $1B+ revenue inflection
Familiarity with Gainsight platform
Strong executive presence and communication
Ability to influence without direct authority
MBA or advanced degree preferred
Key Requirements
12+ years in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
Direct partnership experience with C-level or SVP leaders
Deep familiarity with Salesforce, CS platforms, and BI tools
