You will serve as a subject matter expert ensuring adherence to Quality Management Systems, FDA regulations, and safety requirements while leading projects that advance technological capabilities.
This role requires championing the Integer Production System to drive innovation, standardization, and process optimization within a high-energy manufacturing environment.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's Degree in engineering
7+ years progressive engineering experience
6-Sigma Green Belt certification minimum
Knowledge of FDA regulations and QMS
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Nice-to-have
Master's Degree in engineering field
Black Belt Six Sigma certification
PMP or similar project management certification
Mentoring and coaching capabilities
Willingness to travel occasionally
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field
7+ years of progressive engineering experience
6-Sigma Green Belt certification required
15+ years experience if no Bachelor's degree
Strong problem-solving foundation in methodologies like 8D and RCA
