Multiple years of pharmaceutical medical affairs experience
Experience leading field medical teams MSLs
Track record of KOL engagement and advisory board leadership
Excellent scientific writing and presentation skills in English
Fluency in German French or Italian

Strategic thinker able to translate global strategy locally

Key Requirements
Advanced life-science degree (MD, PharmD, PhD)
Clinical experience in hematology strongly preferred
Significant hematology focus in prior roles
Local language skills: German, French, or Italian required
