Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
  • Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse to the Health and Wellness Director or Executive Director immediately.
  • This role requires assisting residents with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while maintaining strict confidentiality of health information.
