Must-have
5+ years Workday Financials configuration experience
Direct experience with U.S.-based stakeholders
Independent solution design and delivery ownership
Fluent English verbal and written communication
Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and multi-entity structures
Nice-to-have
Background in public accounting or enterprise finance
Experience with Agile delivery and JIRA/Azure DevOps
Prior experience at a Workday Partner firm
Minor degree in Finance or Accounting
Commitment to continuous learning and innovation
Key Requirements
5+ years hands-on Workday Financials configuration across multiple tenants
Workday certification (or commitment to obtain post-hire)
Bachelor's degree in MIS or related technical field
Ability to work overlapping hours with U.S. Eastern Time Zone
