Key Requirements
Graduate of Health Care Aide program
Minimum 500 hours theory & practicum (Ontario & Alberta)
Experience working with seniors
Strong written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal and customer focus skills
Demonstrated sound skills in providing personal care
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification recommended
Ability to perform tasks such as lifting/transferring clients
Provide a complete and current Vulnerable Sector Check
