Job Summary

  • As the Patient Services Representative for Student Affairs Cougar Health Services, you will provide essential support services for Counseling and Psychological Services.
  • In this role, you will reschedule patient appointments, triage client telephone calls for clinicians, and process new patient paperwork and confidential information.
