Job Summary
Provides biopsychosocial assessments, clinical behavioral health diagnoses, treatment planning, evidence based clinical interventions, information and referrals to community.
Assists in coping with stress related to hospitalization, disability, chronic/terminal illness and advocates for the patient and family throughout care continuum.
