Responsibilities include developing creative menus, establishing pricing, and maintaining strict food cost and budget goals in coordination with the Food & Beverage Director.
The position requires enforcing nutrition and sanitation standards while training all kitchen staff on ServSafe, HACCP, and local health regulations.
