Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
  • eight years' experience in design and construction
  • Demonstrated Owner's Engineering services experience
  • design experience in Distribution, Substation P&C, or Substation Physical
  • Solid awareness of industry standards and regulations
  • Ability to create relevant drawings
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Familiarity with factory acceptance tests and commissioning
  • Thorough technical understanding of DER technologies
  • Familiarity with microgrid challenges
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks for DER interconnections
  • Experience submitting interconnection applications
  • Collaboration with project managers, engineers, technicians, and regulators
