Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering
Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) Greenbelt certification within 1 year
Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) Blackbelt certification within 2 years
7+ years automotive engineering experience
7+ years experience with injection molding and interior component processes
7+ years experience applying CAE analysis results
7+ years knowledge of manufacturing techniques for interior components
7+ years experience with engineering tools (GD&T, DFMEA, SOR, Change Orders)
