Key Requirements
MH/SU license (including associate-level)
RN AND four years of experience
master’s degree in human service field AND one year of experience
bachelor’s degree in human service field AND two years of experience
bachelor’s degree in non-human service field AND four years of experience
care coordination, care management, or case management experience
