Job Summary

  • You will be an investigator in the Enforcement Department and your primary responsibility is to investigate into offences and/or regulatory breaches under all MAS-administered Acts.
  • You will be gazetted as a Commercial Affairs Officer with criminal investigative powers under the MAS-CAD Joint Investigation Arrangement, where you will exercise comprehensive criminal investigative powers, including searching premises, seizures of evidence and effecting arrests during raid operations.
  • Specifically to the current role, you will specialise primarily in market abuse cases such as insider trading, market manipulation, and breaches of continuous disclosure requirements under Part XII of the Securities and Futures Act.
