Provides day to day direction and supervision to assigned direct patient care staff and communicates with physicians and healthcare team members to adjust patient care plans.

Key Requirements
Graduate of accredited nursing school
Current state RN licensure
Minimum 9 months nursing experience
3 months clinical dialysis experience
One year clinical experience for charge nurse role
