Job Summary

• Develop and execute channel marketing and commercial programs, including product promotion, sales channels, and pricing, focusing on identifying and leading channel campaigns with partners.
• Responsible for weekly/monthly performance management, monitoring performance versus execution objectives, re-planning as necessary, and managing discretionary budgets.
• Assess local Bottler commercial capabilities, identify gaps, develop action plans, and coordinate training/development to achieve annual business plan performance.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management
• 5+ years in CPG direct sales, key account, or franchise management
• P&L responsibility experience
• Direct Bottler or manufacturing experience in Food and Beverage
• Annual business planning and forecasting experience
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
