Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7+ years pharmaceutical development experience
Formulation development for small molecule drugs
Experience with sterile parenteral dosage forms
Management of CDMO and contract laboratory relationships
Technical expertise in poorly water-soluble APIs
Nice-to-have
Experience with drug device combination products
Knowledge of ophthalmic or oral dosage forms
Subject matter expertise in nano-milling techniques
Strong cross-functional communication skills
Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
Key Requirements
D/M.S./B.S. in Pharmaceutical Science or related field
4+ years industry experience for Ph.D., 5+ for M.S., 7+ for B.S.
Deep understanding of sterile parenteral formulation techniques
Expertise in physicochemical characterization methods
