The ideal candidate will possess a master's degree in nursing, relevant professional experience, and strong interpersonal skills

Job Summary

  • Assists the Dean in planning course offerings and schedules, maintaining Advisory Committee, and recruiting, orienting, training, and retaining qualified faculty.
  • Supports program accreditation, curriculum development, and student advisement while teaching at least 12 credits per academic year.
  • Fosters a climate that supports collegiality and professional development, and assists with recruitment activities on and off campus.

  • Master’s degree in nursing required
  • Doctoral degree preferred
  • Unrestricted Arkansas RN licensure
