The position ensures adherence to evidence-based sepsis bundles while leading chart audits, documentation review, and education efforts across ICU, ED, and Med/Surg units.
Ideal candidates will collaborate with physicians and nursing teams to identify trends, close performance gaps, and implement targeted improvements aligned with organizational goals.

Key Requirements
