Job Summary
The M&E Facilities Technician is responsible for ensuring uninterrupted, safe, and efficient building operations through the maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems.
Key duties include operating and maintaining HVAC systems such as Chillers, AHUs, and cooling towers while monitoring power distribution and emergency power systems.
Candidates must possess a Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC fields along with 2–5 years of relevant experience to join the JLL team in Kulim.
