Base: $75,000 - $125,000; Bonus/Equity: Annual incentive plan bonus up to 15% of base salary; Benefits: Health insurance, retirement benefits, paid time off, disability, ESPP, life insurance

Key Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in transportation/delivery supervision
• Broad knowledge of transportation/delivery operations
• Strong leadership, communication and people development skills
• Strong understanding of DOT, inventory control, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
