This role owns what data is available for each product to aid in presentation, promotion, and discoverability across the site and app.
The position partners closely with merchandising, marketing, content operations, product, and UX teams to ensure the right products are surfaced to customers.

Salary
Base: $105,000 - $115,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonuses and Restrict Stock Units possible; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7+ years ecommerce merchandising experience
Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decisions
Experience managing digital storefronts for high traffic
Understanding of ecommerce KPIs like conversion and AOV
Cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering teams
Nice-to-have
Experience in health wellness or supplements ecommerce
Familiarity with PIM and CMS tools
Comfortable working with ambiguity in fast-moving environments
Experience using AI tools to enrich metadata
Knowledge of search platforms and personalization engines
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, or related quantitative field
7+ years of ecommerce merchandising experience
MBA or Masters degree (preferred but not required)
