  • Establish and nurture profitable partnerships with both corporate and individual clients, acting as the bridge between the bank's offerings and clients' needs.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio covering a wide geography, working closely with high value customers borrowing in excess of £1 million, requiring regular travel to meet customers and key business introducers.
  • Contribute or set strategy, drive requirements and make recommendations for change, plan resources, budgets, and policies, and manage and maintain policies/processes.
