Job Summary

  • Assist in all aspects related to maintaining, troubleshooting, and planning the network infrastructure, server deployments and upgrades, and all MidSouth software applications.
  • Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of user and other accounts and settings for MidSouth's Active Directory, Group Policy, email, and telecommunication systems.
  • Provide support and expertise for Zoom training, Zoom Webinars, and Zoom Rooms.
