Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
  • 10+ years as an Estimator, Cost Manager or similar role
  • Professional certification (e.g., AACE, RICS, CIQS)
  • Knowledge of estimating software and benchmarking tools
  • Knowledge of lender services/loan monitoring reporting
