You will be accountable for end-to-end delivery of talent reviews, succession planning, and BCR processes while ensuring data accuracy across Workday and Eightfold.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
HR or talent experience in complex organisation
End-to-end delivery of talent reviews and succession
Strong capability with Workday and Eightfold systems
Highly organised with strong stakeholder support skills
Nice-to-have
Experience within a Talent CoE or specialist role
Exposure to internal mobility platforms
Experience supporting assessment or development centres
Clear motivation to progress toward Global Talent Partner roles
