Must-have
Trade qualified electrician or Bachelor's Degree
5+ years progressive engineering experience
Knowledge of FDA regulations and QMS
Problem-solving methodologies like 6-Sigma
Safety and environmental compliance adherence
Nice-to-have
Black belt certification in 6-Sigma
PMP certification
Cross-functional team leadership skills
Continuous improvement mindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Key Requirements
Trade qualified electrician OR Bachelor's Degree in engineering
5+ years of progressive engineering/technical roles
Green belt (minimum) or Black belt (preferred) in 6-Sigma
10+ years relevant experience if education requirement not met
U.S. citizenship or work authorization required for applicants
