This role requires becoming well versed on Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code, Agency's Qualified Allocation Plan, and Program Guidelines.
The position involves reviewing project aspects such as costs, basis, fees, and ranking criteria to ensure continued compliance with guidelines and federal regulations.
