Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in business development, sales or relationship management within residential mortgages or home lending
Proven credit knowledge and understanding of loan structures, market trends, and the competitive landscape
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
RG146 or mortgage broking qualifications desirable
