Base: $55,000 - $75,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for incentive compensation tied to performance; Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, HSA/FSA, PTO

Must-have
1-3 years inside sales experience
Outbound calls and email outreach
CRM proficiency (Salesforce)
Consultative selling skills
High-volume pipeline management
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with self-funded plan concepts
Knowledge of ERISA and ACA compliance
Experience in health insurance or TPA services
Strong relationship building with brokers
Motivation to grow within a sales career
