Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Client facing or client advising role
  • Business development role
  • Insurance industry experience preferred
  • Property and Casualty license preferred
  • Ability to obtain license upon hire
  • Experience with market expansion
  • Proven track record of obtaining new clients
  • Demonstrated technology skills
  • Experience using CRM and AI applications
