Base: $185,500 - $344,500 per year; Bonus/Equity: Performance-based cash incentive and eligibility for annual equity awards; Benefits: Comprehensive health, life, disability, 401(k) with company match, and generous time off

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from 4-year college
• 10+ years commercial pharmaceutical or related experience
• 5+ years field commercial leadership
• 2+ years high-cost buy-and-bill experience
• 2+ years leading complex cross-functional projects
• Recent U.S. healthcare experience within 5 years
• Reside within region or 100 miles commuting distance
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license
• Ability to travel 60-80%
