Job Summary

• Responsible for managing all aspects of facility operations and maintenance, including front of house, preventive maintenance, and third-party contracting.
• Recruits, hires, trains, and supervises part-time staff across multiple departments such as Security, Maintenance, Cleaning, and Usher/Ticket Taker.
• Develops and oversees overhead expense budgets for repairs, maintenance, and venue supply expenses, while working with the General Manager on the annual operations budget.
