High School diploma or GED required
7+ years Production/Manufacturing experience in food environment
2+ years leading a team
HACCP and GMP certifications preferred
Proficient use of MS Office and scheduling software
Detailed knowledge of ERP and WMS systems
High level understanding of financial reports
Ability to understand and work with relational databases
