Job Summary

  • The role is responsible for managing and executing APAC import and export activities, with a primary focus on Vietnam while providing essential support to other APAC countries’ operational issues and projects as needed.
  • This includes preparing and validating customs documentation, coordinating with customs brokers and freight forwarders, resolving declaration issues, supporting both import and export processes and manages customs audits to mitigate risks.
  • Monitor customs broker performance through metrics reporting and trend analysis and take corrective actions to address compliance gaps with customs brokers to maintain import & export compliance standards.
