6+ years AI/ML engineering experience
Production-grade Python development
Scalable data pipeline engineering
LLM-powered agent system design
API development and backend services
Nice-to-have
Experience with reinforcement learning
Familiarity with LangSmith or Braintrust
Knowledge of enterprise SaaS domains
Background in causal inference basics
Experience with large-scale experimentation
Key Requirements
6+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering
Strong hands-on experience with Python
