Act as the link between strategic category objectives and day-to-day execution, focusing on expert delivery of sourcing requests within Facilities and Real Estate categories.
Lead end-to-end tactical sourcing activities, draft and negotiate SLAs and local contracts, and visit client sites to conduct assessments and audit service delivery.
Identify immediate cost-saving opportunities and process efficiencies, acting as a trusted consultant to facility managers and site leads.
