The Process Supervisor is responsible for the safe, efficient, and environmentally compliant operation of crystallization, evaporation, pan floor, and associated boiler and heating systems.
A key focus of this role is the Sugar Crystallization & Evaporation process, including developing, delivering, and maintaining formal training and authorization programs for all process staff.
This role requires strong technical abilities and practical experience with manufacturing systems and unit operations, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
