Job Summary

  • Perform mechanical DFMEA analysis of ECU mechanical elements to support Safety and Reliability Case development for Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) electrical architecture technologies.
  • Lead mechanical DFMEA activities for ECU mechanical elements, analyze mechanical functions and interfaces, and facilitate cross-functional reviews to ensure accurate risk assessment.
  • Recommend and drive design improvements to mitigate risks through enhanced sealing, structural reinforcement, and interface robustness, while integrating Mechanical DFMEA with Electrical Component/Circuit level DFMEAs.
