Perform mechanical DFMEA analysis of ECU mechanical elements to support Safety and Reliability Case development for Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) electrical architecture technologies.
Lead mechanical DFMEA activities for ECU mechanical elements, analyze mechanical functions and interfaces, and facilitate cross-functional reviews to ensure accurate risk assessment.
Recommend and drive design improvements to mitigate risks through enhanced sealing, structural reinforcement, and interface robustness, while integrating Mechanical DFMEA with Electrical Component/Circuit level DFMEAs.

Key Requirements
5+ years engineering experience
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering
Previous mechanical design/analysis experience with automotive ECUs
