You are responsible for managing loans from disbursal through loan boarding and final loan documentation storage while ensuring strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory guidelines.
The role requires verifying regulatory compliance for TILA and RESPA (TRID/Regulation X and Z) and auditing closing fees against settlement summaries.
