Job Summary
The MEL Officer will ensure the operational implementation of the project's MEL system through data management, quality assurance, analysis, learning, and evidence utilization to improve performance and support decision-making.
Responsibilities include administering DHIS2 for data collection and analysis, developing Power BI dashboards, implementing data quality assessments, and preparing periodic reports based on consolidated data.
The role requires collaboration with national, regional, and district project teams, implementation partners, Ministry of Public Health teams, and technical and financial partners to ensure coordinated execution and reliable data availability.
