The Counseling and Development Specialist II is responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering academic support services and learning resource programs for medical students to promote academic success and personal development.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Higher Education or related field
Five years experience in academic and/or career counseling in higher education
Master’s degree in education preferred
Experience with educational assessments and diagnostic tools
