Honeywell is seeking a Senior Manager for its Gasoline Technology Services (TS) Group in Des Plaines, IL, responsible for managing operations, personnel, and technical matters related to gasoline technologies. The ideal candidate should have a background in chemical engineering, extensive experience in the refining or petrochemical industries, and strong leadership skills

Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for managing day-to-day operations in the Gasoline TS group by administratively managing technical specialists, monitoring global group activities, scheduling customer accountabilities and projects, and coordinating internal support of the UPT, LST and STS Business Groups.
  • The selected candidate will have accountability for performance and salary planning for their direct reports from the TS team, coordinate work process development for efficient use of resources and work with other TS managers towards standardization of group outputs.
