Job Summary
Coordinate and participate in the recruiting and hiring of staff, process employment related documentation, and coordinate payroll and employee benefit programs.
Organize In Service education program for staff including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of education provided, and maintain records of In Services as required by regulations.
Supervise staff, including taking or assisting with appropriate disciplinary measures, and provide direct resident/patient care.
