Job Summary
The Manager - Compliance, Legal & Governance (Legal) will report to the Director, General Legal Counsel and is responsible for the accurate, efficient and commercially aligned drafting, structuring and execution of client and vendor agreements.
This role is a contract management role focused on production and forms a critical connection between business, clients and their accompanying fund structures.
The role also provides jurisdictional legal support across corporate, HR, finance and operational functions, ensuring that local and cross-border considerations are appropriately reflected in the company’s group legal and contractual framework.
