This role requires driving a zero-waste supply chain and utilizing digital, data, and analytics tools alongside traditional lean practices to make efficiencies.
The position involves coaching teams on six standards, managing quarterly Accelerators, and providing leadership in Smart Manufacturing and AI initiatives starting from 2027.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
HND in business management or equivalent
Proven experience running a department
Continuous improvement in regulated environments
Ability to drive change programs and influence stakeholders
Experience with Hoshin Kanri and GPS maturity matrices
Nice-to-have
Bachelor's degree in STEM or business management
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Experience in pharmaceutical or biopharma industries
Track record embedding strategy deployment at site level
Experience using digital tools and data analytics
Key Requirements

Considerable continuous improvement experience in highly regulated manufacturing
